Fill too tight
My dear, if your chest hurts, you can't keep liquids down, then yes you are way too tight. A small unfill will help. I have been filled and unfilled in the first two years of what is now three yrs til it ain't funny. You have to be able to eat and drink comfortably. The weight and inches will come off. Good luck.

The unfill
I'm glad you can tell the difference and that you're feeling better Being too tight is no joke. Continued success.

I screwed up! Need to vent
Hang in there. Some days are better than others. We all give into temptation from time to time, however, you know what that fried piece of chicken feels like so hopefully you won't make that mistake again. Best wishes in this new year.

Need to jumpstart
Sounds as though you're off to a good start. Anytime you need to get back to what u need to in order to keep losing, doing the pre op diet always does the trick. Good luck.

I want my lap band out!
Hi Sunnygirl. Hugs first of all. I'm glad you decided to change your way of thinking in regards to how you view foods. I hope you decide to keep your band for your continued health. Maybe seeing a counselor from time to time can possibly help you with staying focused. I wish you much success in this new year.

Not "all" sweetie. I didn't. This is my first time hearing of having a pain thinner shot. I had to wear these weight looking things during my surgery on the ankles.
