  1. Keep up the great work. Congratulations.
  2. Lol too funny. I love it!!!! Congrats to you and keep up the great work.
  3. Bravo!!! Well said.
  4. Hugs first of all. What is the problem other than reflux that is causing you to have a revision in the first place? In starting over, you know the routine of going on liquids for a day or two or maybe a week, mushies, and then solid foods.
  5. Hello ladies, how does next Sunday, December 8th sound in regards to a meet and greet? Today was just not a good day. Last time, Fashionstylist and I met at the Galleria. There are other places in H-town and surrounding areas we could meet especially since we all live in and around the Houston Metropolitan area.
  6. I think all the previous posters have pretty much said it all. I just wanted to add my journey for your added support. I was a slow loser as well. I suffer from osteoarthritis; therefore, I can't exercise like many other individuals can. I walked when I could and for most of my journey, I did water exercises. It took me 2 1/2 years to reach my goal and I'm happy to say I'm still losing and not trying. Granted it is a pound every two months but I'm below goal and am very happy. I have lost a lot of inches that it really amazes me. Throughout this wl journey, there are going to be many times that the scale doesn't move. It doesn't mean that we're doing something wrong, it simply means our bodies have to adjust to the changes that are taking place and from time to time, we do have to change our eating routine. Once that happens, weight loss will begin again. Just be patient, keep getting your adjustments and all will be well. Best wishes for continued success.
  7. Sorry but I didn't get stuck either. Just because it's a holiday doesn't mean you change your routine. It should make you want to be extra careful with your body. Just my two cents.
  8. Glad your first fill went well. Continued success.
  9. That's great and congratulations!
  10. What a blessing, congratulations!
  11. As others have already stated, just take your time and chew. I eat pizza every week. Love it.
  12. No it doesn't. I would love to hear about your experience with the sleeve as it is new to me.
  13. Sounds great ladies. I guess we need to decide where and when. Oh yeah happy after Thanksgiving day. I hope you all didn't eat too much. Lol
  14. Awesome!!! Job well done. Happy bandiversary.
  15. I drink before, during, and after meals with no problem. I'm almost three years post op.
  16. So sorry to hear that but you look great. Good luck.
  17. You're still healing Sweetie. Protein shakes with fruit and yogurt are always best in the morning. I'm almost three years post op and still have my protein shakes for breakfast. Cottage cheese is also good with fruit as well. I buy the little doubles. They are 82 cents at Walmart. Congratulations on being banded.
  18. I live in Houston but congratulations on your journey.
  19. Hi there. I leave in Crosby but I haven't heard of a group meeting in that area. Maybe we could start one for us in the Dayton, Baytown, Crosby, Humble area.
  20. Yep, me too. Thanks for sharing B-52.
  21. Awesome!!! Congratulations
