Wth! Am I Doing!
IM off track! I can't seem to get out this funk! Is this normal or do I need a kick in the butt? I think I need a kick but I'm just off track. I'm not losing weight at all! I'm stuck at 199 which is a 5 pound gain from surgery. I do not have fluid in my band yet but I'm 1 month post op. What are some of you eating to burn. I'm not a breakfast person. I'm not a fan of sweet breakfast like oatmeal so what do I eat? Help! Someone grab me and slap me back to reality. I'm out of control!

- Highschool all over again!!!! :-(
Well I feel much better even though I cried last night. Normally my emotions are pacified by food so, last night I ran to the kitchen only to stop myself and say wait what can I eat? Ah forget it. Lol I went to bed without guilt. Haha thanks all of you for your replies they mean so much to me really they do. I wish everyone the best support and luck. Thanks beautiful ladies- Highschool all over again!!!! :-(
Very true! But she was pretty clear when she insulted my surgeon and his team. No mistake there. It was in clear text and yes I felt taken back because naturally they are my team. My home I go back to. It wasn't how she text it but what was actually put into words in a private message. - Highschool all over again!!!! :-(
