Planet Fitness is great if you cant conect with the Personal trainer ask the guys working the front desk. they all know how to work ea pc of equiptment. Ive been there for almost 2 yrs but wil be switching this summer to a facility with classes and an indoor pool. ... need to switch up my routine a bit I am getting bored.

My Dr and NUT also said it was bc it would wash the food down quicker and won't get as full... MY NUT suggested setting a glass of ice chips beside my plate if its hard tho incase I get choked or get something too hot/spicy and a small pc of ice will solve the problem.

me too I switched too a coctail fork, and last night at dinner I about gave up the thing is so tiny....lol but I know i will be better off if i get used to it now.
