4 weeks away getting ready.

I decided to stop my regular eating habits and start preparing for the band.

Much smaller portions small bites lots of chewing no drinking with meal. Good things...even without the band I am satisfied after I eat. Cons... I get bored of eating and just want to finish my food! It takes so long. ;o)

I did the same thing before I got banded, I wanted to make sure I could follow the rules. One night half way through a new york strip, I pushed the plate away and said I am bored with chewing.
