  1. I have found since surgery restaurants to be a waste of money for me as I can only eat a small portion , a lot of times even the apps are not suitable as there are a lot of deep fried or bready items .The times I have ordered I stick to fish of chicken and order it with veggies

  4. Omg "punch a baby" lol very descriptive , it gets easier it does a lot has to do with carb withdrawal head hunger and simply not eating
  5. Since banding I have become a cheese-aholic I eat a lot of it now , its one of my favourite snacks
  6. Treadmill of sure , you can actually find whole work out and different way to use a treadmill, elliptical only does one thing
  7. you may not be eating enough for the amount of exercising that you are doing play with the calories a bit , and change up your work out
  8. I was told by my doctor if they were not off in ten days feel free to remove them, I waited until they were just hanging by a thread, best to ask your Dr though
  9. Personally, I am eating right no junk no refined sugars low carbs I am also working out daily 40-60 minutes of cardio and weight training every other day
  10. I am so sorry for your loss , truly, losing a pet is so difficult they can be our best friend and biggest comfort
  11. I work out as long as I don't have a fever , then I rest

  13. Banded July 19 , 35 pounds down from pre op that started July 5
  14. He does put a prime in I'm not sure hpw much , but so far so good I haven't had a fill yet, Thank you everyone it feels great to see that 1 in the front and gives me some extra motivation!
  15. So two months in and hard work and excersize I hit 199.2! , I am so thankful for my band , I have lost weight before but the band makes the effort easier and the goals reachable now .
  16. I was on clear liquids right after surgery as tolerated, you should be sipping water constantly so you do not dehydrate
  17. I have the fitbit flex , its ok but basically a glorified pedometer I am less then impressed with it
  18. Surgery can cause that , pain meds being put out ext.... if it lasts more then a few weeks you should talk to your dr, remember you just underwent a huge lifestyle change
