      i left mine on til they fell off/came off...at around 3 weeks, they were gone

      Mine started coming off at 3 weeks or so, but I still had a couple at my 4-week recheck.

      I was told by my doctor if they were not off in ten days feel free to remove them, I waited until they were just hanging by a thread, best to ask your Dr though
