So two months in and hard work and excersize I hit 199.2! , I am so thankful for my band , I have lost weight before but the band makes the effort easier and the goals reachable now .

He does put a prime in I'm not sure hpw much , but so far so good I haven't had a fill yet, Thank you everyone it feels great to see that 1 in the front and gives me some extra motivation!
