  2. I say now I'm loving my sleeve. 1. I was called Obese twice because of a pre surgical weight and I was laughing! You got it no ways offended because of my Friend my sleeve. Because of the sleeve I won't be (morbid) obese for long! 2. I don't turn to food for emotional support. 3. 6 weeks just 30lbs down I look good in my 18 pants to me! Yay 4. I look forward to each new day.

  6. Yes! I did experience that too. Never the less I feel soooo much better. I am almost 6 weeks out feeling fine. Each day did and does get better. Im Even calmer in some respect. Recently, i ve noticed that i don't even crave food to cope with daily stressors. It is a transition to my new life as a sleever.

  12. For me I have not had a craving for Pop. I am 4 weeks out. And i look at it as gas causing possible pain and the carbonation that could stretch the stomach. But I suggest talking to your Nut and Physician to see if they will let you have a flat soda if you really Got to try it. Good luck
  13. I'm 4 weeks out so I cook every day mostly egg and cheese, chicken make protein shakes and crystal lite and water. Today I made taco bowls for the family but for me I use the Ramekin bowl and had refried beans Small bite ground beef not much shredded cheese and a little cottage cheese. I can only eat a good 5 bites. This is an early dinner. Are you pre op or sleeve and how far
  14. I'm 4 weeks out. I went from a 22w to a regular 18. Hw 266 SW 260 Cw. 236 today Woohoo! I'm grateful
  15. I went through my closet last week and found a nice pair of Jeans. My Dh like them. I decided to shop in my own closet and then purchase a few sexy T shirts etc. As I loose the weight. My style is also changing from drab to Fab.
  16. I am inspired by both your stories. Honest you all reminded me of why I even got sleeved. My dreams are for training for a triathlon and participating extreme sports. I would say that you all are living the dream! Great job and great example from you both.
  17. Congrats on your surgery. Walk rest pain meds sip sip. Repeat. Keep your physicians updated if no relief of pain.
  18. Congrats. Yes it does get better. I would contact your physician first regarding the chest pain. After that continue walking and gas x while waiting for direction from your physician. But again each day gets better.
  19. I do too weigh when I get up, sometimes after I pee and once after Skinny Sexin I thought it counted it for good Cardio. Nope I don't have a problem with weighing. Lol
