  8. My weekend breakkie is usually a slice of wholmeal seeded bread topped with some spinach, mushroom a slice of turkey bacon with a poached egg on top yum. Or normal 1 egg omelette with low fat cheese x
  9. Dd Hi Donna Do you have My Fitness Pal app. That's a great way to add banded friends and view what they eat for ideas and inspiration? I'm mummajuju on there add me! I've found that it takes a while to know how many calories a day makes you lose and not stall. I'm on 900 now and scales moving the right way. I was banded in September so still pretty new. Julie x

I've added you guys If your using phone app easiest way I find to add friends: 1 go to google/safari and put in www.myfitnesspal 2: log in and tap on community Tab top right 3: find members tab 4: then just add user name in the add user name or email box and search 5: the member gets displayed so press add as a friend

  12. Just a quick note to say that MFP is a great way to cheer each other on and get inspiration from viewing other food diaries etc but some people have their food diary private. I can only think this is because they haven't checked the box in settings to allow friends to view. It's simple and takes a minute to do. But totally respect those of you who wish to remain private

  17. Think I'm now friends with you all! Just been reading on the 'slow loser' thread and all are saying add more protein to lose quicker so I need to get on with that AS OF NOW!!

  20. I found an easy way to add via iphone. Go to google search and pit in my fitness pal rather than the app and log in. Then on top tabs hit the community tab then find friends. Add the name and voila request sent. Took me ages to find out how to do it lol Mummajuju
