What company was you banded with?

Mine are ok. I know get monthly calls but if I need to ask I can call. I was with WLS group.

Join My Fitness Pal on phone or laptop if you can. It's really good for calories counting but also summarising Protein etc. plus loads of people who are banded use it so you can view their food diaries for ideas

How many fills have you had? And what are you up to now in your band.

I'm around 6cc in a 10 band and yea I still get hungry but I also get a lot of head hunger where 'I want it' rather than need it but old habits die hard!!

What sort of things are you eating in a day and what is she classing as 'easy' food?

My email is julieandersonash@gmail.com if you'd rather do it that way
