There's nothing wrong with Quest bars, I like them ~ everyone has different tastes and you need to try things for yourself to figure out what you like...Best Wishes

Tummy Tuck Before & After Pics
How am I just seeing this! I'm so happy for you, I had a TT back in 2009 and I remember how awesome it was to get the extra skin off....and I never did gain any weight back in my stomach when I got fat again, so I won't need another one thank goodness. I remember it being a pretty long recovery but I'm so stinking happy for you that you had it done! You look amazing and it will only get better!

leg pain?
It's pretty common, I had it at first when I started walking...it's caused by the foot hitting the hard surface while walking and even though you aren't running, it sounds like shin splints....stretching before hand and good fitting shoes with the correct arch support can help...Best Wishes Stephanie

Weigh in before surgery
You will be weighed the day you have surgery at the hospital...If it was me, I would take the next 2 weeks to eat healthy.....find out what healthy, low fat, protein rich foods you like so it will be an easier transition for your after banding. Best Wishes

I don't get it....
Just because you can eat whatever you want doesn't mean you should. This part of the journey requires self control..your body is healing and your newly sewn pouch does not need the added stress of too much food. It may take many fills until you reach some kind of restriction and until you do it's up to you to stick to your portion and let your body heal properly. There's no reason to be disappointed in the surgery, it will work if you do your part, it really will. Best Wishes...

Protein Bars
It's unfortunate the quest bar caused cravings and head hunger for you....I tried my first one this morning, I had the coconut cashew and I really liked it...hope you find an alternative

Brussels Sprouts - Soft Foods?
I love brussel sprouts and eat them 4 or 5 days a week and I have never had any problems with them.....I would imagine if they are cooked until soft then they would be perfectly fine to eat......maybe ask your nutritionist when you get a chance....Best Wishes

Antibiotics???
Just because you have a lap band, doesn't mean you can only take liquid or chewables. I am on anti-biotics right now and I'm 4 1/2 months post op. If you are newly banded or tight, pills may be a problem and liquid would be the better choice, but if you are like me, which is neither newly banded or tight, you can take pills...the ones I'm taking right now are horse pills and I don't have any problem with them...Best Wishes
