  1. That's so awesome!! Congrats!!
  2. Don't see why you couldn't use it! Since surgery I have had a hard time getting my taste for coffee back, I tried all kinds of sf and ff creamers and syrups and nothing tasted good, but I think I finally found my creamer...coffee mate natural bliss low fat chocolate flavor...20 cals a tbs...I add truvia and it tastes pretty good!
  3. I try and weigh myself once a week but sometimes it ends up being more often than that.....I don't get stressed out by fluctuations but if you do, weekly is much better than daily!
  4. Totally normal to have no appetite from all the swelling....around a week after surgery my swelling went away and that's when my hunger returned...Congrats on your surgery!
  5. You look fabulous, congrats!!
  6. Congrats, you look great!!
  7. Congrats!! You look amazing!
  8. They have a few here in Vegas but I've never been....I'd give the chicken hummus bowl a try!
  9. LOL, I have 3, wtf is wrong with me too! That does sound delish!!
  10. I would wait too..I have always been top heavy too, I lost 150 lbs a few years back and I was in dire need of a lift after I lost the weight. I think if you have yours reduced and lifted you may have more sagging to deal with once you reach your goal, breasts contain a lot of fat! I'm going to have mine lifted when I reach my goal. Just my opinion..I wish you well in whatever you decide!
  11. Wish I could help I'm rooting for you SCG...
  12. Military members can't sue but dependents can...with that said, it would definitely be a long, tough road ahead suing the government...So glad you are on your way to having a new doctor.....I wish you well!
  13. Can you call your doc and get a script for anti nausea meds? Narcotics make me nauseous too so I was given anti nausea meds that dissolve on your tongue.....Liquid tylenol is also an option but I would check with your doctor first....Congrats on your surgery and best wishes
  14. Cheryl, you look fabulous!!
  15. Donna, you look amazing, you're a very beautiful lady!
  16. 2 weeks liquids, 2 weeks mushies, then solids..I was told by my surgeon that you need the time to let your stomach heal...the stomach processing solid food too early could break the stitches around the band....this is what I was told...I would definitely get some clarification from your doctors office..
  17. I never was a soda drinker and I used to only have one cup of coffee a day which I loved but ever since my banding I can't stand the taste of coffee..I've tried regular, decaf, mixed all kinds of sugar free stuff and still don't like it.....but being British, I do still like my cup of tea!
  18. I live in Vegas...the home of the buffet!! but I'm not sure I will ever visit one again ...You did great! WTG!
  19. You deserve some credit! You're doing all the right things, you're doing your part and the band is doing it's part. Congratulations on the amazing loss!
  20. Oh no! It never rains, it pours! I am so sorry..Bless your heart..I wish you easy surgeries and speedy recoveries....
