I have sugar free or fat free creamer daily, I love all different types, sf peppermint mocha, sf pumpkin spice, ff French vanilla, great taste low calories..enjoy!!

I also use coffee mate sf flavors. They do make a ff half and half. It really boils down to what you want to uses your calories for.

I use it......

I drink coffee everyday but not alot. I use the full flavor H&H. It hasn't effected my weight loss at all.

Coffee already has a flavor, why would you put anything in your cup besides more coffee??? :P

Don't see why you couldn't use it! Since surgery I have had a hard time getting my taste for coffee back, I tried all kinds of sf and ff creamers and syrups and nothing tasted good, but I think I finally found my creamer...coffee mate natural bliss low fat chocolate flavor...20 cals a tbs...I add truvia and it tastes pretty good! :)

The non fat free has less carbs. I don't use FF because they add other stuff to it. On Atkins diet, you always use full milk and full half and half or cream for reduced carbs.
