6 Boneless chicken breasts

1 tbsp olive oil

1 package italian salad dressing mix

1/2 cup white wine

1 can cream mushroom Soup low fat

4 oz low fat cream cheese

Place chicken in crockpot.Heat olive oil in a sauce pan stir in italian seasoning, soup, cream cheese and wine. Pour over chicken Cook on low 4-5 hours. I eat this over spagetti squash and my family has it over angel hair Pasta.

The crock pot is awesome! You get nice tender meat and enough for another meal or two for my whole family.

You can probably find low sodium options for the dressing and the soup. Sounds yummy!
