Panera's Hidden Menu

Just found this link on the Internet....thought some people might be interested. Panera has a hidden menu that is low carb and high Protein. Probably not the right portion size for some banded but still a great option when going there!

When i go to their place nearby, I usually order their soup and salad. Very tasty.

They have a few here in Vegas but I've never been....I'd give the chicken hummus bowl a try!

Thanks for this link! Looks like some good choices!

We have a Panera but never thought they would have LC options. I'll have to check it out.

I actually found Panera to be one of the least band-friendly places. Everything comes with bread. But that hidden menu looks so yummy. Will have to order from that next time.

Panera is one of my favorite places to eat......can't eat bread anymore, but they have great healthy Soups and I like their tuna fish....

(I don't count calories or portions, just healthy choices and Panera is very healthy)

I went thereo last night with all intentions of having their low calorie black bean soup. Unfortunately wrong day. I ended up with a side of their yummy chicken salad with two tomato slices and two cucumber slices. I knew I could eat it all but left some in the bowl. I make sure if anyone is making dinner plans with me to make sure there is a soup option in case I can't find anything else. I also don't count calories.
