Hey Zoe could you give me Dr Rumbauts cell number and the office number? I emailed doralisa that I needed that info again before I go just in case The guy that is sposto meet me at the air port isnt there. I am worried cause what would i do?

Well Tuesday I fly to Moneterry and Wednesday is the big day. Boy I hope that doctor gets a good night sleep the night before and is on point!! I am really getting so nervous I hope he gives me something for my nerves when I get there. Any last minute advice would be great....... I am going to bring my lap top with me so the night before (monday) I can be on this discussion group. I am going to need you guys, And thanks so much for all the help so far. -Andrea

I am so glad you are feeling better. Did you go into the computer room at the hospital. I also might bring my lap top so I can be on here in my room the night before I am really going to need you guys!!!

Hey Zoe I rush home everyday to read your post hoping you have one. I think you for some strange reason are part of my strength right now... even though I dont know you...oololol. I am just very nervous and anxious. I am glad you are doing so well. May I ask what your inscisions look like? is it hard to find clothes that dont hurt? Gosh its hard enough getting dressed for work now and everything is tight let alone trying to find something that isnt. well another day closer tomorrow I am going to attempt going to sleep.

by the way that response was to new hope. zoe hang in there. Do you think I will be able to go back to work in a 6 days after surgery? I am a hair dresser.

lolol... Thats funny I am planning a wedding now next year I will be getting married. I am just finding its hard to concentrate on what im doing at work. I am just so anxcious.

7 days until banding for me. I had a dream last night that I was in Mexico with Dr. Rumbaut getting banded. The whole experience was so real. And my belly was so sore I guess I was really feeling what Zoe was saying. I was so bummed out when I woke up and it wasent over. I didnt have my band yet..... well soon enough. But hey My experience in my dream was not to bad.

I am so glad everything went well I was worried about you. Please keep us posted with your progress. Well at least you have that behind you. I went to the market tonight buying stuff for when I get back from mexico. Like smoothies and all that. what are you eating right now?

Well I'm off in 10 days to monterrey to get banded by Dr. Rumbaut. I'm starting to freak out I can't believe its here already. I must say, I find myself eating alot. thinking I dont know if i will be able to ever eat many of my favorites again. I am getting pretty sick of stuffing my face anyways. I have got to kiss my friend "pigging out" good-bye. any last minute words of encouragement...? Did anyone else start having sleepless nights thinking about there banding?

Actually I just got off the phone with my sister and someone was telling her at her job about the todays show yesterday, it was about lap band. See I had heard it was supportive of the band. her friend told her that some girl died because she was pregnate and she was gettin sick and died. Did anyone see this show? I am thinking she is mixing it up with the bypass. people love to be alarmest dont they...

I have not been banded yet but I too have never been one for working out. However I am a fish so I found water arobices to be great. Where else are we weightless! that alone is enough to make you plunge into the pool. Well is for me anyways! Alot of community centers and ymca's offer it. Try it its great. And its all old lady's so you wont feel uncomfortable.

Oh thanks so much I cant wait. I am getting nervous Its just the unknown. And even though when I tell people that I am going to mexico I am sure you know the response I get. But I feel really good about Dr. Rumbaut. Is Rafael a doctor? I am really looking forward to my new life. Then there is always that feeling that everything else failed, its to good to be true. Hopefully this will be a new beginning. Hey the way I see it as long as my legs dont rub anymore and my feet dont hurt I'll be happy! lol:D

Were you happy with Dr. Rumbaut. I am going to him September 7th. I would love to hear about your trip there. Our starting weight and height are almost the same. I cant believe how much weight you have lost that is great!!!!! I would be so happy to have such awsome progress. Any down sides at this time? keep us the good work!

I am also all scheduled for surgery with Dr. Rumbaut I am going on September 7th surgery on the 8th and back on the 10th. I would love to keep in touch and you can let me know how you did. Yeah all of his patients stay at the Hampton Inn. When is your surgery?
