  1. lrgandwrg Thanks. Yeah i do exercise alot. Mostly walking and riding my bike. I go to the gym and do 45 minutes of cardio prior to work(5:00am work for 6). I walk for my luch break for 30 minutes and me and the wife try to walk for an hour in the evening. My wife thinks I'm obessive, I just want to take advantage of the 1st six month period that everyone says you lose most of your weight. I also try to keep my calories between 750- 850 amd carbs below 60.
  2. weighed in this morning and I have lost 100 pounds. I lost 28 pounds prior to surgery and 72 pounds since surgery 11/5/12. i've gone from 46 pants to 32, xxl shirts to medium. I'm 5'9" and 186. I'm trying to get to 175 and see how I feel. My goal from the beginning has been flexible.I just want to be at a weight I can maintain and feel comfortable.
  5. I exercise about 2 hours a day. Once in the morning, walk during my 1/2 hour lunch, walk in the evening with the wife, one day a week I add a basketball game in the evening. I'm usually at a negative net calorie everday. I eat about 650-730 calories a day. I know it sounds crazy but I have never lacked energy.
