What kind of vitamins and supplements do you have to take post surgery? Also where are you buying the supplements from?

    I have to take a chewable multivitamin (local pharmacy) and a liquid vitamin D (local vitamin/protein shop).

    My surgeon's office says a chewable multivitamin, calcium citrate and a b12 sublingual and iron if u need it
