I so agree with you! I'm not in this very long, but I nearly fell off the chair when I started measuring and logging. The amount of calories in some food is actually insane! I get such a feeling of personal satisfaction when my fitness pal says "Lindsay completed her log for today and was under her calorie goal!" It's like I beat the game :-)

I'm traveling so can't weigh in until I'm back home on the 12th but I wanted to share a story that I came to visit my parents and my mom had some old clothes from when I was in college in a drawer in my old room (I've been out of college for 10 years and that was the last time I for in those clothes) and I fit into them now! I also bought the smallest size (10) I've owned as an adult. It's a bit snug but it was on sale and I know I will fit into it!!!! I'm so excited. Lets keep the motivation alive!!!

Lisa thanks so much for doing all of these! They really help keep me going and accountable! I ran into a lady who had surgery the same day I did and she is really struggling so I told her to join and do the challenges. I really hope she does!

214.8! I made my goal!!! Now I'm off to see my family for the first time since Christmas!

Woooooo 215.25!!!! 3 pounds this week :-) don't know how I pulled that off but I'll take it! I also have no more muffin top in my skinny jeans so I am one happy camper this month!

So excited, today I am wearing a size 16 dress pants to work for the first time in 10 years. I feel like a rock star. 54.6 pounds gone so I'm half way to my goal. So proud of everyone on here...lets keep it goin October bandsters!!

Sorry I'm late! I've been travelling all week. I'm at 227.75, down 2 pounds from 229.75. Gotta work hard to make my goal of 225 by Thursday!
