  1. I was banded on 10/5. Up till now everything has been going really smooth. Since yesterday I have been really tired, like fall asleep at my desk tired, and I don't know why. The only thing I have changed is I added B- complex, Iron, and Biotin to my Vitamin regiment. I also take multi, b-12, cq10, d, Calcium. Can my Vitamins be the problem or could I be dehydrated? I get about 6 glasses a day + morning and evening herbal tea. Getting about 70 gr Protein a day. Calories are around 600-700 a day. Oh, and I'm on the last day of my cycle.
  2. So interesting! This thread has really helped my resolve to follow my plan to a T, consult my doctor and team regularly, and to focus on being a better me. There cannot be a blame game in my failure with the band. I do not attribute my success to the band nor am I ready to have a failure. If someone asks me about my wl I say " I'm eating healthier and exercising more". There HAS to come a point in my life where I don't blame anyone or anything for my failures. I can tell you all why ww didn't work, Why I kept myself in a fat suit for years. They are really good reasons. Guaranteed to shed a tear. But those excuses make me powerless and I'm tired of being a victim. But most of all I'm tired of being a victim of myself. I will stand up and fight for me and my right to be the person that I was meant to be.....finally! (Banded 10/5 lost 30lbs) Michele???ƒ
  3. I felt like a I had swallowed a lit flare and it was stuck half way down burning me alive. Oh god it was terrible!
  4. I started mushy day 8. I puréed spinach and zucchini layered it with ff ricotta and ff tomato sauce. Heated it and it was just like spinach lasagna.
  5. Greek yogurt 1/3 c, scoop of chocolate protein= 33 G protein. It actually turns really thick like pudding. Holds me over too!
  6. Wow! Keep me posted. So for all those who are saying it's gas and normal, if it were normal there would have been no CT ordered. Shooting pain, seeing stars, is not a normal gas pain. Hope all works out or you, I feel your pain...literally!
  7. It's her thread...didn't you read? I'm out!
  8. Why can the F word get blocked but the " English" equivalent be kept on here. No one should have the right to stay on this forum after telling someone to F off!
  9. Layer creamed spinach, creamed tomato sauce and ricotta cheese. Heat it up, tastes like lasagna!
  10. I looked like mike Tyson had a go at my belly! It was BAD!
  11. Hello! How's everyone doing? I'm 3 weeks post op and settling into banded life. A lot of learning and feeling hungry but my mind is in the right place. Keep up the good work in the learn-to-love-me-first training!
