  10. I'm an emotional eater too it's a challenge but we have to find a way to cope without food because it we turn to food we will eventually gain weight. I'm trying exercise too

  12. I had a band, now I have the rny. I don't get stuck but you will feel it if you eat too much. It hurts and you will feel it if you eat something with too much fat. It hurts. I have never dumped thank GOD. You still have to be careful when you eat and don't eat and drink together. Best Wishes!
  13. My doc (pcp) always worries when she gives me meds if they will be absorbed. Your doing the right thing check with the doc, they can look it up in the "drug book"
  14. Yes! But u had major surgery. You have to heal, you will get stronger, have more energy, drink more and on and on I joke I was thirsty for the first couple months. I was a Water lover and could not drink enough to satisfy my thirst. It's so much better now. Hang in there!

  16. Awesome! Keep pushing yourself to do more, walk more, skip, jog, jump rope, hula hoop anything just kick it up!!! I'm so happy for u.
  17. Wait till you get to the night before . It's an awesome journey even tho I had a rough time after surgery I would do it again in a heartbeat.
  18. I agree it's salty, but most soups r. Have it once or twice if you really enjoy it but drink tons of water... Check w/ your doc to see what they think . Best Wishes.
