Has anyone tried the gummy multivitamins?

They told us in class not to use them because none of them contain Iron and we need the iron.

Doc says no gummys at all ever.

Even though they taste great there isn't anyway I could get mine chewed to where it needs to be with bypass. Also as stated they are lacking. Tomorrow I start my multiberry Fusion chewable. Four a day and don't have to take any other supplements. I'm all for less pills.

The only gummy I take is a Fiber chew....because really, it's fiber, its job is to go right through and sweep things out, no biggie if it doesn't digest!
