I am 3 days post op and doing extremely well after my ds surgery. The pain is tolerable and the tubes should be out today and drinking clear fluids. I'm so ready to drink..I haven't had anything to drink since Wednesday at midnight. Thankfully I haven't been hungry at all..this sur really does work. The pre op diet was hard now not eating doesn't bo me!!

Glad to know everyone is doing good!! I pray I have a good mix of pain meds so I can have tolerable pain.

It's finally here...I have less than 24 hours before I will be on the losers bench!! I'm excited yet a little nervous. .but oh so ready!!

I have uhc and paid 150.00 for my psychological evaluation early on and just yesterday paid 1600 of 3000 for pre-op (hospital/physician fees). Thankfully the rest is onba payment plan..to be honest it's well worth every penny.

I have uhc and my approval only took 2 days after submitting all the required documents. I followed up with everyone involved throughout the process to ensure I wasn't missing anything and kept copies of everything. They basically just had to review my documents bc I had everything organized for them.i saw early in the process my determination specialist had a heavy caseload so I took over. Lol

Girl I started mine on Monday so far so good..a little hungry hetr and there but not too bad. Good luck!!

It's been a long road since the beginning of the year for me. I know it's probably been just as long for you. I pray everything works out for you!!

After several rescheduled surgery dates since July..time is winding down. Pre op diet starts on Monday, pre op appointment Next Friday, and Surgery September 5th!! I'm excited and nervous but so ready to be on the losers bench!!!

I just got scheduled for pre-op. ..August 16th!! I'm going to start the pre op diet next week to get a jump start on my weight loss.
