Just waiting now for UHC.

I found out that my surgeon sent all my paperwork to my insurance company today. Anyone else have United Health Care? How long was your approval process?

I have uhc it took about 2 weeks but it required less for approval than my wife's who has Aetna. My plan only paid for rny btw no other WL surgeries were covered

I have uhc too. I think it was 10 or 11 days until I received my letter. Best wishes!!

I have uhc and my approval only took 2 days after submitting all the required documents. I followed up with everyone involved throughout the process to ensure I wasn't missing anything and kept copies of everything. They basically just had to review my documents bc I had everything organized for them.i saw early in the process my determination specialist had a heavy caseload so I took over. Lol
