  2. Dietitian called them glorified candy bars! They said no way too many carbs! This is just what my dietitian said.
  3. If 20 lbs makes the difference is that really the guy you want?
  4. I'm a year out and I still prefer to do 3 protein shakes and one small meal a day. The liquid diet is much easier if you ease into it and have a strict schedule
  5. Mine was SOOO smooth I couldn't believe it but pre and post op diet is a MUST according to my Surgeon. He has stopped surgery because of this
  6. Only tried unflavored it's ok to mix with things can't say I didn't like it. Will however recommend Optimum nutrition double rich chocolate it's delicious!

  9. It's been one year since my surgery down 118 lbs. still have a ways to go but enjoying the success.
  10. Well I found out what happens if you don't chew your food thouroly last night it wouldn't stop hurting till it came back up. Never wanna do that again
  11. I had mine sept 27 still sitting in the hospital but its no where near as bad as I expected. I would do it again in a heartbeat. Worst part has been bored of staying in the hospital
  12. If you intend to do this stop smoking when I went to the first siminar they said if you smoke make the one you have on the way out your last. One lady made a disgusted noise and walked out but the way I see it sacrifice is soon to become a way of life better test your resolve now
  13. I'm having mine August 27th is that close Enuff I heard three pre op diet was the hardest part ... Then I got this its been nothing ok a couple days weren't my favorite but its really not been bad at all
  14. I have uhc it took about 2 weeks but it required less for approval than my wife's who has Aetna. My plan only paid for rny btw no other WL surgeries were covered
