Currently 206 Bariatric GW 134, Realistic GW 150- Lactose intolerant?
Yes you have a lactose issue....besides most women need to stay away from dairy...unsweetened almond milk is a great substitute for milk. Surgeons tell us that if your not lactose intolerant you may become that way after bypass. HW 250/1st Lapband 198/2nd Lapband 232/Pre conversion 2/6/13 to bypass 232. Currently 206 Bariatric GW 134, Realistic GW 150- Eggs

- drinking schedule
No but remember at first its weird because you can't drink and eat together and you have to try to fit in the 64 oz in a day with only sips! We all had issues with this. I still can't get 64 oz in a day Im close but not all the way. Your shakes count and your Popsicles count....Warm Decaf tea works well too. When you are bored with your water squeeze in some lemon it tastes good and helps your electrolytes. Good Luck:-) HW 250/1st Lapband 198/2nd Lapband 232/Pre conversion 2/6/13 to bypass 232. Currently 206 Bariatric GW 134, Realistic GW 150- scales at a standstill
me too! it will start again no worries:-) HW 250/1st Lapband 198/2nd Lapband 232/Pre conversion 2/6/13 to bypass 232. Currently 206 Bariatric GW 134, Realistic GW 150- extremely weak
sounds weird but try drinking some coconut juice not a whole bottle but sips of it everyday it will help get your electrolytes up. HW 250/1st Lapband 198/2nd Lapband 232/Pre conversion 2/6/13 to bypass 232. Currently 206 Bariatric GW 134, Realistic GW 150- heartburn remedies
- What to bring for a cruise?
Take Protein bars they are high in protein whey and pack easily. Cruising is great they have food everywhere and all kinds. I have been on three and I always take Protein Bars with they help when your in a pinch. You will have a great time....I'm looking forward to my next one to the Bahamas. Went to Central America before my surgery it was GREAT. HW 250/1st Lapband 198/2nd Lapband 232/Pre conversion 2/6/13 to bypass 232. Currently 206 Bariatric GW 134, Realistic GW 150- Regrets
My first regret is not choosing the RNY the first time around. My second regret is the first 2.5 weeks after my conversion i thought I had made a HUGH mistake because of the horrific pain. Everyday I awake and I am thankful that I have a wonderful bariatric clinic and Surgeon to see me through the rest of my weight loss journey. 5 weeks out I think it was the right decision for the second part of my life, i will be healthier and I am sure once all the aches and pains go I will be back to my happy go lucky self:-) HW 250/1st Lapband 198/2nd Lapband 232/Pre conversion 2/6/13 to bypass 232. Currently 206 Bariatric GW 134, Realistic GW 150- Gallbladder Removal
interesting how different surgeons have different ideas...When I had my lap bands he told me he would biopsy my liver IF he thought I needed it. He didn't on either surgery. He told me I had a slightly fatty liver and the weight loss would correct it. HW 250/1st Lapband 198/2nd Lapband 232/Pre conversion 2/6/13 to bypass 232. Currently 206 Bariatric GW 134, Realistic GW 150- Protein help again
