  1. No it a soft gel swallow pill goes down easy and it's costco nature made multi+dha prenatal. Prenatals are the best in everything...
  2. I was taking Celebrate barIatric chewable multi,with Iron it was gross I'm all about taste. I was informed that it was the best tasting so that leaves me put off by any others...good luck. I take a prenatal Vitamin that had everything in it. Biotin and sublingual b12

  4. You know yourself can you have one and stop? Ca you take tiny bites of one and listen to your body? Reason I say this is I LOVE ice cream and my book says NO ICE CREAM EVER AGAIN! My hubby and I were out one afternoon and he wanted a Dairy Queen soft serve cone and I was a little upset because e knows I LOVE ICE CREAM.....so after he got the cone I took ONE bite off the top and On my way! Totally satisfied and happy....NO LATE EFFECTS NO PROBLEM.
  5. Yes I ate normal until day before surgery all liquid and magnesium sulfate cleaned out my bowels....i didn't have any food in my stomach or bowels because of mag sulfate....I think different surgeons have different requirements same as different techniques for RNY.

  7. I already had my surgery feb 6th and no I didn't have to due pre-op diet....
  8. Me too but had two bands before revision. Insurance companies are going to start denying lapbands due to all the revisions for failed bands....
  9. Hi I'm a twice bander with revision to RNY on feb 6th' date=' I have no doubt I will lose the rest of my weight the slower the better is ok with me. The charts they have for height and weight ratio seem to be unrealistic to me. They say I should be 134 for 5ft 5in Sorry I don't see me getting to that weight. Realistic for me would be 145-150 time will tell.....
  10. Sugar alcohols can cause diarrhea and GI issues if you consume to many be aware....
  11. Well Saturday night was my first girls night out since surgery Feb 6. I had a GREAT time dancing and socializing...Glad I went I was getting cabin fever and getting caught up in my head that I would have problems and not enjoy myself..I was so wrong!   14. i bought those sugar free red and white stripped peppermints cuz I love mint....So far so good I don't overdue it.
  15. If you don't want to take prescription drugs for nausea try "sea bands" drug free they are used for cancer patients who suffer terrible nausea. My hubby and I use them they really work!
  16. Day quil can do that...also you absorb things differently . Talk to md that prescribed ear infection drug tell him/her.
