I went to a new doc yesterday I really liked him he unfilled me all the way then added 1cc to my band now at 7.5 after I had the fill I got real light headed and felt dizzy I had to lay down for about 10 mins then I was fine , but how long after your fill did you take you to get adjusted to it I know they say your stomach can swell do to fills ! Did you feel as it was harder to hold down anything for the first couple days ?

No it goes away but happen very often just about every day

I have a doc appt Wen and I can wait , but as far as the food I work like 10 or more hours a day and I don't keep to much food at the house but I do need to make better choices during the day ! What are some stuff you eat if you don't mind me asking , and portion control I need to work on
