Hey! I'm Oct 5th also 10:30am

Going in at 10am, not so much nervous just very anxious. I have so much family support and most importantly I know God is with me.

Exercise is a HUGE anxiety and depression reliever. Way better than any meds..

I started out at 334 lbs, lost 20 on the two week pre op liquid nightmare diet, went into surgery weighing 314 lbs on June 18, 2012, I am now 3 months post op and down a total of 72 lbs!

I am only 3 weeks out but already starting to tell a diffrence. I have lost 24 pounds since my surgery.

Heres mine..im 4 months post op (surgery day:May 10th)
started out at 325...now im 235. im 5'8 and 25 yrs old.
