  3. I fall off easily too! I'm heading to the store this weekend to get back to the basics ... Lots of meal prep, protein shakes for every day ... I wanna get back to where I was and then some. I'm two years out and want to be back on track ????????

  6. I too am in reset mode. I am 18months out and never hit goal. About 40 lbs away. I want so badly to remove some of this extra skin but I know that the docs won't consider me until I'm closer to my goal weight. I too am a grazer (and I enjoy some wine too much on occasion). I will share that I restarted based on some of the things I have read on the threads - currently doing the 5 Day Pouch Test to reset my tool. I'm in day two - and even lost 2.6 lbs on my first day!!! We can do this ... We have each other!! PS - Paris is awesome so that June trip is going to be great!! I adore France!

  14. I have UHC and wls is included in my plan ... Hoping for approval ????
  15. Good luck! Hope it all goes through quickly bc I am so w u ... Waiting games not fun!
  16. Wow! Fingers crossed that all goes well ... I'm getting all of my stuff together as well and hope for the best (I will be working with UHC).
  17. What great information! Thank you all for sharing your insights! I can't wait to get sleeved
  18. It can be scary ... And I have yet to be sleeved but honestly can't wait for it to happen! Think about it ... The risk of death or complications is much less than the risk of health issues due to obesity. This is a great tool for us to get our lives and health back! Wishing you the best in whatever you decide
  19. Ps ... Hang in there it will be worth it!!
  20. I was actually approved almost two years ago and got a sore throat and took it as a "sign" that I should hold off. Well guess what?!? In those two years I packed on 30 lbs and have regretted not doing it back then. I am now going trough the process for insurance approval etc ... Fingers crossed as I NEED this
