  3. I agree, the anti nausea meds were a great friend of mine. I still get nausea, but only from rich foods or eating to fast. I am 4 months out, the first week was the worst. Stay strong, and if you don't have any get on the horn and get the anti nausea meds. Best wishes
  4. I buy new shirts most frequently. My jacket and pants look fresh with a crisp new bright shirt. I hit the sale racks or thrift store/goodwill, I buy one to two things each paycheck. I also get away with wearing stretch pants/workout pants during in between size phases, as I am sitting most of the day and with the shoes and jacket it's just not noticeable :-D best wishes
  5. I've been thinking that I have been stalled for about a month, and was getting pretty frustrated and down about... Thank the Lord for mfp, a quick look through my posts revealed that I have actually lost 8 pounds over the last month. Woot woot! No more pity party :-D

  10. Changed for the worst... Longer and very painful. I am hoping it's the hormones bring released by weight loss as well as hormones from aunt flow and it will setyle down eventually. That is the hope anyway :-)
  11. I love burgers, or at least used too. I was sleeved 12/17/12 and absolutely cannot tolerate beef. I do have bread though and it does cause discomfort. I feel that if you question a food choice, you know it wasn't the best.
  12. You look amazing! Keep up the great work
  13. I am almost 4 months out, I wasn't sure how many calories to eat so I was staying at or under 500. My doc gave me a huge leture at my three month check up...long story short I am to do a min of 850-1000. But each doc is different and I suppose it depends on your blood panels and nutrition. I have to say I feel so much better eating more though, finally got my energy back!!!! :-)
  14. Thats wonderful!! Best wishes for a smooth surgery and speedy recovery!!
  15. Sleeved Dec 19 and down 49 pounds!! Man, it feels great to say that!!!
  16. I love Motts for tots juice, less sugar. The fruit punch is yummy, as well as the apple juice :-D
  17. I got an awful head cold with cough after surgery. The insomnia and clear liquid diet did nothing to help. But my humidifier was a life saver. It kept the air moist which helped my throat and cough. Good luck with everything and feel better :-)
