1 month post op

Went for my 1 month post op appointment- which is my first appointment since my surgery on March 5. I've lost 23 pounds and I feel better than I have in years and this is the best thing I have EVER done for myself and my family. My doctor said that I am doing great! I am just so excited and blessed- I love my sleeve and I love my life! On the flip side.....I have to go back to work tomorrow- I have loved being home for a month! Thanks for all the advice, support, and ideas that this site has available!

Congratulations!! That's awesome weight loss! I feel the same way about my sleeve - blessed and excited, even after 14 months. It's the best thing I ever did for myself. Enjoy the ride!!

That's great and congratulations! I'm 3 days behind you and have lost 20 lbs. Hopefully a couple more in a day or so:) Keep up the good work.
