Hi! I'm in so cal!

Here are some photos of my progress so far.....
From left to right, 0lbs, 15lbs, 30lbs, and today at 40lbs lighter! You'd think 40lbs would make more of a difference haha. I'll take it though. I won't miss this 40lbs!

I avoid Pasta all together. Occasionally I'll have a slice of bread or 1/2c rice, and this is maybe once a week. Other than that, the carbs come from fruits and veggies, yogurt (Carbmaster yogurt) fat free cottage cheese etc.
My work outs include both cardio and strength.

Yes can you post a recipe for this quiche lasagna?? I am 8 days out and bored with foods!! I'm on soft liquid but my dr ok'd instant potatoes.... I want to start eggs and stuff, ricotta and other cheeses etc

I use Fage for cooking/substitutions and Dannon lite and fit Greek when i want just yogurt.

My favorite is Dannon Lite and Fit Greek.

And another thing the medicine .. Loritab liquid that they sent me home with contains 17 percent alcohol !!! So is there any proven fact that alcohol affect the sleeve ??? Need answers not just negative comments

Yeah I hate all the crazy nazi like posts from people bashing others, preaching their doctors food guide, yelling at people over stupid stuff. It's surgery, yes there are risks and complication with every surgery. But my fiancé was right when he told me if my fear of death was the only thing holding me back from getting surgery then to do it, that I could die in a car crash driving to the doctor/work/grocery store. No day is promised to us.
I've had complications, stalls, sliming, dumping, slow weightloss, you name it. But I'm so grateful for this tool and am happy goofy and always willing to post something goofy, crazy or helpful
I'm a Lapland complication conversion to the sleeve who had raised my son on my own since birth. Im strong and don't let others keep me down. And one day I'll make a healthy hot bride and wife, and ex wife to make my ex's baby momma crazy lol.
I'm all about support and being there for each other in this journey.

I actually really like seeing what others are eating on their weight loss journey. I always worry about eating the wrong things or eating too much.

Does anyone have any good recipes using pumpkin (canned)? Anything from low carb sweets to smoothies I'm craving that pumpkin taste!!
