  1. Congratulations! The next few days will be difficult, but you will feel great seeing those pounds drop off.
  2. That's pretty good. I was sleeved 12/18.... I'm having a hard time eating Protein. I saw a nutritionist today, come to find out I'm eating all the wrong things.

  6. You should be contacting your Doctor shame on him for not updating you and giving proper tools to succeed ...
  7. It's too soon to eating those types of food at this stage. I too had my surgery same day as you, but I'm still in clear liquid diet. I recommend you call your doctor and verify
  8. I know the third stage liquid has been extremely difficult for me
