Hey

I had my surgery on march 4th. I'm 20.

To give you a complete honest experience....

It has been a bit tougher than I expected. . I found that a lot of nurses hesitated to give me the pain meds and even tries to talk me out of it. My opinion is that I'm young and they think us youngins just want the drugs (maybe I'm just cynical?). They cannot refuse the meds to you, so just say you want them.

Also, I did have a few poor me pity parties at first and may have shed a few tears.... Ok quite a few.

But honestly I'm only on day 5 and I feel soo much better and I dont in anyway regret my decision to get sleeved.

I hope this didn't scare you because you will not regret your decision.

If you have any more questions, just ask. I promise to be completely honest.

Good luck! And congrats!!
