  5. ok so I have used the garnier shampoo and conditioner since I was 3 months out. I am now over a year. It isnt the shampoo... or if it is maybe you are having an allergic reaction to an ingredient in it. I am no expert just giving my personal experience. I did start losing hair at month 3 and it did stop around month 6. Make sure you are getting all your protein in. I take biotin as well, figure it cant hurt. If you are 4 days out and losing hair it could be a side effect of surgery... maybe the trauma of it? Good luck.
  6. wtf.... try not to let it set the tone for today... HAPPY BIRTHDAY GIRLIE!!!!

I couldnt drink that much 1 week out. Remember the nerve endings of your pouch are still healing so follow whatever your doctor recomends as far as drinking. I was just told to sip sip sip. So that's what I did. I was so out of it those first few weeks that I didnt measure anything but never was dehydrated so honestly dont know how many ounces I was drinking at the time. Welcome to the boards. Congrats on your surgery.

  18. And I can eat a whole one too... But like I said I'm also a year out and can eat more now
  19. I don't know the answer to that. I'm a year out... I was doing one a day and stopped because weight loss slowed and was trying to figure out why. I just eliminated carbs. So now they are reserved for a treat.... That I certainly enjoy. If you have a nut I would be interested in getting their take on it.. If you get can answer let me know... But if you are losing weight and not overrating or are where you want to be.. I don't think they are harmful
  20. I love them... The peanut butter and jelly hit that major craving... Hate the cheesecake. The chocolate peanut butter is good. Love all the fiber they have!!! Just don't eat them too often... It's an awesome treat
  21. I would say its kind of like a personality test... Those kinds of questions.. Asked different ways... Just be honest... Common sense should prevail
  22. Easiest part of the whole process... Just time consuming
