  3. No one here can tell you whether or not to have the surgery... Only you can decide. Do research. Trust in your doctor.. Make sure he or she tells you the good and the bad. Personally best thing I have ever done... I have had no complications but it is hard work and it requires a lot of discipline and patience. If you have any doubts then your not ready. This is a life changing life altering endeavor not to be taken lightly!!

  14. Personally I choose to log. As you get further down the road you will be able to eat more. Why not start the habit now of logging. I mainly log to make sure of my protein. It's to easy for this old gal to forget what she has eaten for the day.
  15. I know what you mean. Everytime I say something to a complete stranger... I think to myself ... what the hell. The lady at SAMS was handing out samples and instead of saying no thank you ... I said... I have had gastric bypass and I really cant... wth... like she cares!!!
  16. Let them step up to the plate. It's good for them and it will be good for you to let go a little bit. They will be stronger then you think and you will get to see the compasionate side of them. You wont be out that long where it will be of any detriment to them. Good luck girl. Let them prove to you that you have taught them well.

  19. So sad that your surgery turned out this way for you. I pray that a medical physician some where can heal you and make you whole. Sending prayers your way seems almost hollow to what you are going thru. But I don't want you to give up. Please keep searching whether its the net or trying different doctors until you can find a better quality of life... Those babies need you!!!
