Where did you get your multivitamin?

I need to get started on a multivitamin. I thought about getting a vita pack from GNC. I was wondering where others on the forum have purchased theirs. Thanks for the help.

Flintstones- post op 3 a day...SAMs or Walmart

I SWEAR by Flinstones!!! (pre op I take Flinstones complete)

I bought Flintstones Complete from Walmart. Last week CVS had "buy one get one free" on Nature Made vitamins. I bought out all the B-12 Sublingual from three local CVS stores. I found the Celebrate Calcium Citrate with vitamin D chewables at Faunce Corner Nutrition in North Dartmouth MA,(which they had in several flavors). They have a fair selection of bariatric products in addition to workout and diet suppliments. They also have unflavored whey protein isolate that I want to try adding to soups after surgery. They do online sales too.

My Bypass nutritionist told me to always do a One A Day. No gummies, too much junk in them.
