Rough day

Daughter leaves for boot camp in the morning... Having a rough emotional day... Thank god for a small pouch but have eaten more then I normally do. Upside that only means 1032 cal today and 115 g of protein... But damn hope this feeling doesn't last!!! Just reminds me of how I still rely on food... Not a good feeling

Been a rough couple of weeks. Finally got a letter from my daughter so doing better. Thanks for asking

I am a vet. I remember basic well. She will end up looking back on this as a great experience and appreciate your support. Hang in there and remember she doesn't want you to cheat your diet!
