Am 13 months out, 95 down and i still have craving, its the worst, because u want to eat, but you cant, and thats where u have to be careful, because regular food wont go down, chops, cookies and ice cream will do... And there ia where u have to Be smart.. Good Luck

June 05 2012... Is a Day i will Always remember is the Day i took the big Decision to stop my Overweight... Today 1 year Later i feel GREAT to be here with more Energy.. I was 258 pounds with a terrible hormone imbalance, my weight gain was after so many meds to try to conceive a Baby... That was my life Struggle, i was never a skinny Girl. But neither as big as i was... Unti one day i said ENOUGH and made the decision to Stop, today 1 year later i am almost my 100 less, with a much better health, no more PCOS in my LIFE.... Today i acomplish a Goal, setting a new one!!! Keep it off and work hard!!!

Help me!!! What u girls do when is around that time of the month? I am getting so mucho anxiety for food that is crazy... Dont know what to do, i dont want to over eat!!! Any tip of what works best.... THANK YOU

So far 90 in 10 months... Stalling is normal, i am stalling now for the past 3 weeks its normal... I been thru plenty of times... But then u loose them fast... Dont worry, i know is hard... But its normal

Yes girl. 2 blood clots went to my liver i was in ICu for 9 days... And sent home with lovenox injections.... For 4 months... Hope u get better, dont worry that wont stop u from loosing weight.... Ita just a little slower!!!
