I love the mini baby bel light cheese. Or I mix a lil unflavored powder in yogurt,ice then blend great smoothie. Goes down easy and taste great.

Yes u should make a profile but it doesn't have to be anything major. Unlike ur real life now we are here for the same cause and main positive goal. I'm having problems with all drinks tasting bad. I have to brush my teeth a lot because my mouth always taste like sweet metal. Is this a sign of ketosis ? If so what can I do to help it.

I'm eating frozen fruit blended like a smoothie with yogurt, ice, and protien powder. I have been released to eat that or canned in light or natural juices. Hopes this hels

I'm also a sept.24th sleevers.I am also on softs. I fell like my stomach is smaller when I eat certain things. Do you notice a difference when you eat different things? Are u eating cheese? Just asking.

Help what is ketosis? Is it something I'm doing wrong? Should I be doing something else? What causes this? Is it dangerous to me and my sleeve ?

My mouth taste as if I have been eating nickels and pennies. I have never liked crystal light and That has not changed. In the past would have enjoyed sf hawaiian punch, now it's horrible. I am ok with protien. Right now is EAS carb advantage. I just wished I could get rid of this taste in my mouth. Yuck yuck yucky .. Anything I drink just taste so bad.

I want to drink but everything taste terrible. I have to constantly brush my teeth for a refreshed taste. I have tried any and everything store bought to drink. Will this too pass? Is there anything that I can do? Please help I'm thirsty.

I was sleeved on9/24/12. Not sure if I'm doing good or not. Weighed in at 295 day of surgery now 275? I have lost 20lbs since surgery. My surgeon advanced me to purée to and I had baked chicken n broccoli puréed. Simply delish!
