  2. Hello family. I was sleeved Monday and I am doing great. Able to drink required liquids with protein. Not able to tolerate jello or my vitamins/calcium chews. Going to try powder vitamins and add to drinks. No pain what so ever. I get to start full liquids tomorrow and I can't wait. Pudding and cream soups here I come.

  7. I also was sleeved on Monday. I have noticed that when I get lightheaded I need fluids. I drink and I feel better. Are you gettin enuf fluids in? Tomorrow starts full liquids for me. I am excited for cream soup and I also hungry. Lol. I will not be able to eat purée for another 2 wks. My surgeon told me that if I get tired I need to drink. The pain I can't say to much about. I have really had no pain. The incision where the stomach was pulled out of is where I have what little pain I do have. Let's try to stay focused on the end result. Ur pain and hunger will pass. Keep us posted. If needed we can be sleeve buddies. Wishing u a great recovery.
  8. Congrats!!!! That's one of my goals.
  9. Posted 12 minutes ago The liquid vits are a great idea...also, I bought some powder vits at GNC, specifically for active women, and I've been putting a scoop into my shakes and smoothies(vanilla flavored, so goes goes with all my smoothie concoctions). I am still preop, so im not sure if you can do the Protein shakes yet, but man, this stuff has EVERYTHING! Also has fiber, which I am going to appreciate when the inevitable constipation sets in. The Vitamin stores have many options for liquid vits, and online there are tons! For a liquid option, I use Purity Products liquid multi. Purity has AMAZING deals, so call their 800# and always ask them what kind of deal they can swing for you... Good luck! Its great to hear you're doing well, and please keep us posted on your progress :-) Like This Quote MultiQuote Report. I will look for the powder Vitamins thanks. What's the name of them

I am able to get in protein and water with no problems. My problems have come in with my vitamins and calcium chews. Both of which I did like per surgery. Now they taste terrible, smell awful and make me gag. Can anyone give suggestions on this.
