  6. I couldn't do it either until I saw advice in another thread that said to try premier protein ( costco) . I tried them ALL I couldn't even take a second sip with the other ones..even unjury. Premier is softer and it doesn't leave that nasty after taste that makes u gag..try it...I got it at Costco or u can buy 1 on Amazon to try...best of luck

  12. I went to work One week after surgery . I was miserable taking the train. So many people,pushing and shoving .. I got dizzy and weak many times. I wished I would've taken 2 weeks. However everyone heels different . Just take your time ,take your lunch with you (it is essential for your survival). Walk slow bcz any hard movement your tummy will feel it..in your case I think it would all depend on your recovery time...judge everything depending how it goes the week of surgery...good luck...
  13. I'm 4 weeks out...and I have no idea what I did to end up in the er...the doc says its looking like intestinal bowel blockage.... I can't be here...I need to go home .... Just wondering if anyone knows of possible causes ..

  17. I'm 6 days out and my husband is bringing home tons of my favorite junk food... I have to constantly remind myself of why I had the surgery( sort of giving myself the talk) he was soo supportive at the beginning and now he's just an ass. I feel so sad because he also needs to loose weight and I thought things would be different ...
  18. Im five days out and im feeling hungry and anxious. Therefore I feel the need to eat and crave at all times... could it be im ready for food? Please advise...
