A lot depends on what you have been told you can eat. We all have different diets post surgery, I was on soft food at two weeks and eating slow cooked meat, vegetables, beans and lentils. I was also having porridge and scrambled eggs. Others are on full liquids for quite a few weeks. What are you allowed to eat?

I came up with the best meal every. Jalapeño onion sautéed then add chopped zucchini and squash. And blacken tilapia then mix it all up.

Where is the recipe for the tuna cakes? I would love that tonight
