  4. What stage are you in with eating? What I have learned is that with the sleeve you will not get stuffed as in the past. If so you have over eaten and you will get slimmies. Satisfied is your new stuffed. Make sure your hydrated and getting in protien. That will help in you feeling full.This is a new journey and you will have new adjustments. Don't worry your full.
  5. Wow ur lucky, I can't have salad for 8 wks per NUT. I am now 5 wks post op
  6. Every surgeon/NUT are different. I had to start the day I got home. Just focusing fluids and protien. You will start to feel better.
  7. Getting pissed Is ok but Don't stay pissed. Get cocked and loaded. Do what you have to. U will lose as your body allows you to. I'm sure you will do what you need to do. This is your life journey.

  11. Well I am a slow loser but I am losing. So Im happy. Sure I would like to be losing quick but at least I'm not gaining quick. I am stalled and have been for 3weeks. Don't worry you will start loosing. How far out are you?

  13. When I would feel like this I needed fluids. How much are you able to drink? Dehydration will make you feel weak.

  16. I use unsweetened almond milk and a shaker bottle. I have no froth. However if I use Water it is heavy with froth. Try a shaker bottle.
  17. Now you have come to far to quit. If I was easy we all would have done it on our own. Continue to stay focused. You will be able to eat it sooner than you think. Who knows you may not even like it anymore. Anything that you cant have right now GET RID OF IT.
  18. I was sleeved 5wks ago. I have lost 20 since surgery and been in a stall for 3 wks. I was weighed at the doc off. I have refused to buy a scale until I am 3months out.
