3 Week Stall

So I was sleeved 3 weeks ago and after loosing almost a pound a day it appears I am at a stall. I haven't lost anything in four days. I know this is normal but does anybody have tricks that knock them out of a stall? It's so frustrating.

I guess these stalls last for some time. Maybe there is no way to end it, but just let it run its course.

if you're losing 2-3 pounds a week, then I don't believe that's a stall because at the end of the month you should be close to ten pounds lighter. But yes, "complete" stalls will happen. :) but stalls are good because after 2-3 weeks of it, your body loses a great deal of weight!! :)

apprx. 7+ pounds the next week.

Switch up your routine move more.. That always works..
