45 lbs since the surgery or does that include pre-op?

Includes one week of pre op diet.

Is anyone else experiencing stomach cramping after drinking or eating anything? Is this normal?

I haven't experienced that. I get nauseous if I have to much cream Soup.

Wow that's a lot. I have lost 20lbs 2 wks post op

I'm almost 2 weeks down 9 lbs since surgery and 9 week pre op. How on earth are u down 45!? Tell keep what you are doing: ) great job!

I had it done on 9/24. I am down 25 lbs total. 15 on 2 week pre-op diet and 10 after surgery.

Wow!!! That is a lot!!! I am down 14 pounds. I am still on a liquid diet of protein shakes and clear liquids. I want to eat soooo bad. Everyone around me is enjoying food and it is pretty hard. If I drink too fast it will hurt pretty bad like I am gulping air.

@kparker: I had mine done the 27th and everyone around me is enjoying food too. The last two days have been tough. In fact I kicked my husband out of my "recovery living room" while he was chowing down on Jack in the Box. I don't really like Jack in the Box but man even just eating some chicken or mashed potatoes or even a salad. Hoping this passes when I get back to work. Hang I there. :)

Agreed K & Jay. Some days are tougher than others.

Everyone around me is eating too!! Even stuff I normally wouldn't eat I want. I'm 14 days post op today and tried a soft boiled egg today. Couldn't eat the whole thing but trust me, it was tasty!!

I'm still on full liquids til 10/24 :-(
