I have been doing bariatric advantage... I bought them from my dr office. the b12, iron, and calcium are fine but the multi is a chewable and makes me sick every time I take it

Powdered vitamins from vitamin shoppe.

I use Source of Life liquid vitamins. It has a thick texture but I like it. I order it from vitacost.com. If you want to try it order the smaller bottle to see if you like it. I also take liquid calcium citrate.

I have been having the same problem and I have been worried about vitamin deficiency. I just bought centrum chewable flavor burst and i am hoping that my stomach tolerates it. *Fingers crossed*
