  1. it really depends on what i mix it with. its pretty good with green smoothie... spinich pears blueberries etc... alone with soymilk or almond milk it can be kinda strange...
  2. i have. its easily tolorated and works great with green smoothies.

  4. i'm a vegetarian. I get plenty of protein. tofu is my best friend. so are green smoothies.

  6. I have been doing bariatric advantage... I bought them from my dr office. the b12, iron, and calcium are fine but the multi is a chewable and makes me sick every time I take it
  7. my dr office did the same thing. so I got bariatric advantage... the iron, calcium, and b 12 are great but every time I take the multi I get sick. i'm going to research a multi that works for me. don't fall for it... do what works for you.. :-)
  8. hello, my name is Rose. I had my surgery on 9/24. last week my dr started me on new vitamins. I cannot seem to tolerate them. Each time I take one I get sick within minutes. i've tried crushing them, mixing with water, taking with food, taking at night... nothing works.... any advice ?.....
  9. i did that with the medicine cups too it really helped me know how much to eat
  10. i just registered. i had my surgery done on 9/24. everything was goong great until today. i have been having sharp stabbing pains on the right side of my abdomen just below one of my incisions. it actually woke me up. im very concerned. has anyone else out there had this issue?
